03 · Proof of Concept

PoC Delivery Programme

A time-boxed, fixed-budget programme to develop and validate a quantum or hybrid solver for a defined business problem. Delivered through a tri-party team: QAI for project orchestration, a solution provider for algorithm development, and QCentroid as the sandbox platform.
